About the Role





We are building a team of Enrolled Nurses and experienced Disability Support Workers for current and upcoming community‐based opportunities across Brisbane.

This is not high‐volume agency work—you will:
Work with complex and meaningful cases
Be supported by experienced clinicians
Deliver care in participants' homes and community settings

Key Responsibilities
Deliver secure, person‐centred care to participants with complex needs
Support high‐intensity clinical care (with training and supervision), including: Wound care Continence support and catheter care Medication assistance
Assist with personal care, daily living and community access
Follow care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
Monitor and report changes in participant condition
Complete documentation (progress notes, incident reports)
Build robust, respectful relationships with participants and stakeholders
