I am seeking an experienced Senior Flood Engineer to join a growing Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on greater technical leadership, project responsibility and client exposure.

The Opportunity
Lead flood modelling and flood management projects across Australia
Work across urban development, stormwater and infrastructure projects
Manage project delivery, budgets, programmes and technical outcomes
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
Build strong relationships with clients, authorities and project stakeholders
Contribute to proposals, business development and winning new work
Develop practical, innovative and commercially sound engineering solutions

About You




8+ years’ experience in civil/flood engineering
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Solid experience in flood modelling and flood management
Proficiency with TUFLOW, RORB/WBNM, HEC-RAS and GIS
Experience with DRAINS/stormwater modelling highly regarded
Understanding of Australian design standards and local/state approval processes
Residential subdivision experience across earthworks, roads and drainage advantageous
Strong project management, communication and client-facing skills
