About the role

We're looking for a motivated, organised Operations Assistant to join our depot office team. This is an entry-level role - no container or logistics experience needed - and it's a outstanding fit for someone early in their career who's reliable, good with detail and keen to learn. You'll be fully trained on the job and supported day-to-day by our Operations Co-ordinator. For the right person it's a genuine opportunity to build a career in operations and logistics with a stable, established WA business.

Key responsibilities
Managing the Container Control inbox and responding to enquiries accurately and on time
Entering and maintaining container data across our systems (full training provided)
Keeping stock reports and records up to date, and running the daily stock reconciliation
Processing daily container movements and helping with monthly customer invoicing
Supporting the yard team and Transport Co-ordinator with day-to-day administration
General depot administration

About you
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy




Well organised — able to follow routines and meet daily deadlines
Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and the confidence to pick up new systems
Clear communication and a reliable, team-player approach
A current WA driver's licence (desirable)
