One of Australia’s most successful global tech companies is putting AI agents to work across its entire engineering organisation. You’ll take on real production problems, solve them, and turn each fix into knowledge the AI agent.

This isn’t using AI on the side or playing with prompts. You’ll work hands-on with Claude, Codex and agent tooling alongside the team building the company’s AI agent platform.

You’ll help decide what the agents learn and how they work, then watch them take over work that used to need an engineer.



Very few engineers anywhere get to do this in production, at this scale, inside a world-class engineering team.

What we are looking for:
Senior software engineering experience in Go, Python or Java
Solid CI/CD, AWS and Kubernetes skills
A talent for debugging production problems in code you’ve never seen before
Genuine AI muscle: hands-on with Claude Code, Codex or similar agent tools, ideally writing prompts, skills or evaluations
Big-tech or large-scale SaaS experience is a big plus

You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills. At the heart of our culture, we actively encourage people to try recent things.
