We're looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Operations & Inventory Coordinator to join a small team where each person and their work matters.

You'll work closely with our warehouse, sales and management team to ensure orders customer orders are processed, inventory is accurate, deliveries run smoothly and day-to-day operations stay organised.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in operations coordination, warehouse administration, stock control, logistics or general business administration who enjoys variety in a small-team setting.

Order Processing & Logistics
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate order picking, packing, dispatch and delivery schedules.
Book freight and liaise with transport companies, couriers and contract drivers.
Monitor outstanding orders, backorders and delivery issues.

Inventory Management & Stock Control
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Coordinate stock-takes, cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
Work with warehouse staff to improve stock accuracy and organisation.





Operations & Customer Service
Coordinate daily activities between office and warehouse teams.
Identify and resolve operational issues.
Support the smooth running of day-to-day business operations.
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
Provide order updates and assist with general customer support.

About you

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented all-rounder who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment.
Working Hours: 7am - 3:30 or 4pm, 5 days (Monday - Friday) or 6 days (Monday - Saturdays)
Minimum 2 years work experience in operations, logistics, accounts, or office admin
Confidence with stock/inventory systems e.g. Cin7 / Xero
Tech-savvy – quick with computers, email, printers and basic office tools
Physically fit – comfortable lifting and packing product samples
Robust English communication (written & spoken)

An added bonus if you have warehouse operations or forklift-driving experience.
