Join the launch of one of Bondi’s most exciting recent venues. Rudy’s is a 90-seat neighbourhood bar with a steak and seafood focus opening soon – and we’re looking for an experienced, creative Head Chef to lead the charge.

What you'll be doing:
Take full ownership of kitchen operations and team leadership
Finalise and develop our launch menu focused on grilled steaks, seafood, and house-made sauces
Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing brigade
Manage ordering, food cost, prep systems, and supplier relationships
Drive quality, consistency, and efficiency during service

About you:
Proven Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef with 5+ years in fast-paced venues
Passionate about cooking and premium local ingredients




Leadership that motivates, mentors, and drives team culture
Strong financial and operational acumen
Ready to start immediately and take on a ground-up build
