We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Venue Manager with experience in events coordination to help lead day-to-day operations across multiple outlets (restaurant, bar and functions) in a premium members club environment. If you’re a solid leader who thrives in pace, loves guest service, and takes pride in consistent delivery—this one’s for you. What you’ll be doing
Lead from the front across service periods and events
Coach and develop a confident, service-driven team
Drive standards: presentation, cleanliness, set-up and execution
Assist with rosters, labour control and on-shift decision making
Own the basics: POS process, cash handling, shift balancing and reporting
Support stock control, par levels and wastage reduction
Keep compliance tight: RSA, food safety and WHS What we’re looking for




Proven experience as a Duty Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Supervisor in a busy hospitality or club environment.
Solid floor presence, calm under pressure, great at service recovery
Operational discipline (standards, people leadership, systems)
a genuine love for the hospitality industry
Flexible to work nights/weekends and peak event periods
RSA essential (Approved Manager / Food Safety / First Aid a bonus) Why you’ll love it here
