Stable, full-time permanent position As Assistant Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader supporting all aspects of venue operations. From managing the gaming floor and TAB area to leading the team and ensuring a great customer experience, no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities
include:
Leading shifts and supporting daily venue operations
Driving exceptional customer service standards
Managing gaming and TAB operations




Supporting staff performance, training and development
Completing venue opening and closing procedures
Supporting stock control, cash reconciliations and compliance
Maintaining gaming, liquor and venue compliance standards
Contributing to promotions, initiatives and venue growth You'll already have experience leading teams within a pub, hotel or gaming venue environment and enjoy being part of the action rather than sitting behind a desk. Ideally you'll bring:
Experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
Current Victorian RSA and RSG
TAB operational knowledge
Strong cash handling and compliance experience
A hands-on leadership style and positive attitude
