Lead end-to-end SAP data migration streams

MUST have SuccessFactors experience We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Lead Consultant to join a large-scale transformation program. In this role, you will lead the design, planning, and execution of data migration strategies, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across SAP systems.

Key responsibilities
SAP Data migration strategy, governance, and execution
Managing extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Collaborating with business SMEs, functional teams, and technical leads
Ensuring data quality, validation, and reconciliation throughout migration cycles
Providing leadership and direction to offshore/onshore migration teams Skills & Experience required:
Must have experience in SuccessFactors PMGM and Learning
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations (preferred)
Expertise in data migration tools (SAP Data Services, LSMW, or similar)
Proven track record across multiple end-to-end SAP migration projects
