B&C; Solutions is a rapid-growing Adelaide demolition and construction business. We handle residential, commercial and industrial demolition, strip-outs, site clearance and excavation for builders across SA. We need an experienced operator to join our crew. The role You’ll run excavators and support plant on demolition jobs, working with our site supervisors and labourers. Typical days include:
Structural demolition of houses, commercial buildings and industrial sites
Working with grabs, buckets, hammers and other attachments
Sorting and loading demolition waste into tippers and bins
Site clearance, cut and fill, and basic excavation
Daily pre-start checks and basic machine upkeep
Following SWMS and site safety procedures, and working safely around labourers and other trades What you need
Proven experience operating excavators on demolition work, so you know how to bring a structure down safely and in sequence




White Card (must have)
Excavator ticket or a VOC (for example RIIMPO320)
Driver’s licence and reliable transport for early starts
Able to start on site from 6:00–6:30am
Takes safety seriously, especially around services, neighbouring properties and ground crew Bonus if you have
Skid steer and loader tickets
HR or MR truck licence, to float machines or drive tippers
Asbestos awareness training
Commercial or industrial demolition experience
Experience with 20-tonne-plus machines
