About the role
We're looking for an experienced, passionate Chef to join our small, dedicated kitchen team in Shoreham on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. We value quality produce, valuable food, a supportive team culture and a positive working setting.
Key responsibilities
Lunch service Thursday to Sunday
Dinner service Friday and Saturday
Running a section with confidence and organisation About you
Solid experience in a skilled kitchen
Take pride in quality produce, preparation and presentation
Reliable, organised and confident running a section
Positive attitude and enjoy working collaboratively in a small team
Own reliable transport essential, as there is no public transport available to the venue
