Accor is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant or Café Managers for multiple locations across Australia outside Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

You will lead daily outlet operations, greet guests, manage reservations, train staff, and ensure service standards and financial controls are maintained.

Candidates should have a robust hospitality background, stakeholder skills, and be adaptable to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
