As the Head Barista at our Sydney office, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our workplace culture by providing exceptional coffee experiences for our employees and clients. Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to staff and clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
Manage inventory of coffee supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering.
Train and mentor junior baristas and staff on coffee preparation techniques.




Engage with employees to understand their preferences and enhance their coffee experience.
Implement and uphold health and safety standards in the coffee preparation area.
Assist in organising coffee-related events and promotions within the office.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a barista role or similar customer service position is preferred but not essential.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment is advantageous.
