About the role
As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be an important part of the sales team, supporting our Sales Team in helping deliver a excellent experience for our agency and client partners. You'll work across the full campaign process, from helping respond to briefs and preparing presentations through to coordinating bookings, campaign delivery and reporting. You'll also help the team with valuable sales tools, including MOVE, mapping and other propriety owned tools.

Key responsibilities
Support the sales team in responding to client briefs, preparing proposals and building presentations
Coordinate campaign bookings, creative requirements and key delivery dates
Help manage campaigns from booking through to completion, ensuring details are accurate and deadlines are met
Respond to client and agency queries, providing friendly and timely support
Assist with post-campaign reports, campaign trackers and sales reporting
Use tools such as MOVE, mapping and internal systems to support campaign planning and client recommendations
Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly




Build relationships with agency and client partners and develop your knowledge of the out-of-home industry
Support the broader team with administration and other tasks that help keep things moving About you

Experience in administration, sales support or customer service is an advantage, but previous out-of-home experience isn't essential
