HTN Australia at Randwick is seeking an Apprentice Chef to kick-start a culinary career in a high-volume venue. You’ll train under qualified chefs, learn recent techniques and contribute to dish preparation and presentation.

As an apprentice, you’ll gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, receive full uniform and meals, and work across events at Royal Randwick Racecourse with access to in office parking and easy public transport.
