About the role
This exceptional person will be required to assist one of our awesome property managers with the day to day duties in helping manage approximately 200 properties on their property portfolio. This will necessitate a high standard of personal demeanour including qualified standards and impeccable presentation. On the job training will be provided on a weekly basis and learning will be provided by one of the best training companies in the country.

Key responsibilities
Follow up on Repairs and Maintenance
Type up leases
Lease preparation/renewals
Routine inspections and completing reports
Viewings for prospective tenants including open homes
Marketing of the homes
Lease sign ups
Arrears management
In-goings and out-goings About you
Experience in Property Management preferred but not essential
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Current Australian Driver's licence




Passionate about providing a great customer service experience with Property Management
Qualified
Knowledge of Console Gateway software or similar but not essential
Be well organised and highly meticulous
Have lots of energy and passion for the real estate industry
Enjoy working in a professional and fun environment
