English Seafood Chef / Sushi & Sashimi Chef Eastwood, NSW $35–$40+ per hour, depending on experience and skills Dream Seafood, located inside Dream Market in Eastwood, is looking for an experienced seafood chef to join our team. Your duties will include:
Preparing sushi and sashimi
Filleting and preparing salmon and other fish
Preparing seafood products for display and sale
Maintaining food safety and a clean work area
Working with the team to prepare products for customers We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in sushi, sashimi and fish preparation
Can fillet fish confidently and work efficiently
Is reliable and works well in a team
