About the Role

Alice Springs Toyota are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing efficient administrative and front-desk support.
Greet guests on arrival and assist with dealership enquiries and Carwash queries
Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
Support the service and sales teams with administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with guests
Manage the reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times
Assist Marketing Manager with planning and booking events and social media
Complete daily banking tasks including spreadsheets & preparing banking bags
Maintain inventory levels and liaise with vendors for office supply needs

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist,



administration, or customer service role
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
Current driver’s licence
