A great prospect for a Senior Payroll Officer to join a not-for-profit organisation in Northern Sydney. This role is ideal for someone with robust end-to-end payroll experience who understands the complexities of Award interpretation and wants to contribute to accurate, compliant payroll outcomes.

About the role
Manage end-to-end payroll processing on a fortnightly pay cycle
Interpret and apply the SCHADS Award, Enterprise Agreements and employment contracts.
Ensure the accurate application of overtime, shift allowances and other complex pay conditions.
Process terminations, workers compensation payments and superannuation contributions.
Maintain payroll and time and attendance systems.
Prepare payroll reporting and respond to employee and manager enquiries.
Support payroll compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. About you:




Proven end-to-end payroll experience within a medium to large organisation.
Chris21 experience is highly regarded
Solid knowledge and practical experience applying the SCHADS Award.
Experience interpreting Awards, Enterprise Agreements and complex pay conditions.
A solid understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
