Reporting directly to the General Manager, this senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and departmental performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the Service Department.Drive exceptional customer satisfaction, retention and service experience outcomes.Lead, coach and mentor Service Advisors, Technicians, Apprentices and support staff.Monitor and improve workshop productivity, efficiency and performance.Ensure manufacturer standards are achieved across Volkswagen, Subaru,
