Coach and support Design Consultants to improve conversions and sales results.
Monitor leads, appointments, quotes, and follow-up activity.
Assist with onboarding, training, and developing current team members.
Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Help manage customer escalations and fallout prevention.
Work closely with customer service, production, and installation teams.
Drive accountability, performance, and a winning team culture. What We're Looking For




Proven sales experience with a passion for achieving results.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
Positive, energetic, and customer-focused.
Experience in home improvements, construction, or in-home sales is highly regarded.
