$120,000–$135,000 + Super (depending on experience) Employment: Full time Truland Development & Constructions is seeking a proactive, hands-on Site Supervisor / Construction Coordinator for a 47-apartment residential development in Wollongong. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems and gets work done on site.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site labour daily.
Ensure work areas are ready for scheduled trades.
Manage materials, deliveries and site logistics.
Drive daily and weekly construction programmes.
Monitor productivity, quality and safety.
Coordinate framing, sheeting, waterproofing, services and finishing trades.
Provide daily progress updates with photos and manpower records.




Identify delays early and take practical action to resolve them. Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in Australian construction.
Experience in multi-storey residential apartment projects.
Robust subcontractor coordination and programming skills.
Able to read construction drawings and resolve site issues.
NSW White Card and valid driver's licence.
Reliable, organised and willing to be hands-on. Immediate start available. We value practical site experience, accountability and results over job titles. Pay: $120,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
