Manage day‑to‑day reservations for all venues within the portfolio
Handle phone, email, and online reservation enquiries with professionalism and warmth
Maintain accurate booking records across reservation systems
Monitor pacing, booking times, and capacity to support smooth venue operations
Liaise with venue teams to communicate bookings, special requests, and changes
Respond to guest enquiries about venues, menus, directions, and general information
Ensure all reservations reflect company standards and deliver a seamless guest experience

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Comfortable managing multiple venues and priorities
Calm, qualified, and solutions‑focused under pressure
Willing to be hands‑on when supporting events on site
Versatile availability,



including evenings and weekends. Role predominatly Wednesday - Sunday.

Experience & Skills
Experience in reservations, hospitality, events, or customer service preferred
Familiarity with reservation systems an advantage (training provided)
Strong time‑management and administrative skills
