About the role
We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead our plumbing team and oversee protected, high-quality work across residential/commercial/industrial projects. You'll coordinate daily jobs, support and develop team members, and ensure work meets applicable codes and company standards.

Key responsibilities
Assign work and supervise plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors
Plan schedules, materials, and equipment for jobs
Review work for quality, safety, and compliance with plumbing codes
Troubleshoot complex issues and help resolve project delays
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other trades
Track job progress, material use, and service records
Train team members and promote safe work practices About you
Proven experience in plumbing,



including supervisory or lead experience
Relevant plumbing license or certification required
Robust knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and applicable codes
Ability to read plans and organize multiple work fronts
Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license Advantages
