No previous factory experience is required – just a robust work ethic, reliability and a willingness to learn!

What's on offer?

Competitive hourly rates:

Day shift: $33.05 per hour

Afternoon shift: $38.01 per hour

Night shift: $42.97 per hour
Consistent full time hours – 38+ hours per week
Monthly rostered day off (RDO)
Monday–Friday day and afternoon shifts
Sunday–Thursday night shifts
Full training provided during paid hours
Ongoing training and career development opportunities
Onsite parking

About the role

You'll be working as part of a production team manufacturing aluminium products. Duties will vary depending on your work area and may include:

Assisting with the production and assembly of aluminium and glass products

Packing, sorting and preparing products for dispatch

Loading and unloading materials and finished products

Operating basic machinery following training





Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area

Following workplace health and safety procedures

What we're looking for

Reliable transport and your own vehicle to get to Eagle Farm

Availability to commence as soon as possible

Full personal protective equipment (PPE)

A strong work ethic and reliable attendance

A willingness to learn and follow instructions

An interest in ongoing, potential long-term employment

Previous factory, manufacturing or warehouse experience will be highly regarded, but not essential – full training is provided.
