Caddy Storage is seeking a motivated, reliable Workshop Assistant / General Hand to join our team in North Lakes, QLD. This is a Full-time position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is keen to learn in a workshop setting. No extensive experience is required – full training will be provided. What you'll be doing
Assisting tradespeople and technicians with daily workshop tasks
Basic assembly, labouring, tasks as required
Maintaining a clean and organised workshop workplace
Assisting with inventory management and ordering of parts and materials
General workshop duties, including cleaning, organising, and stock handling What we're looking for
Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
Reliable, punctual, and physically capable
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Previous workshop or trade exposure is an advantage, but not essential ##
