About the Role
You will manage a diverse client portfolio, provide high-level tax and advisory services, and support business growth while working closely with a collaborative and supportive team. This role also involves reviewing work prepared by staff, mentoring junior accountants, and contributing to strategic client outcome

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of business and individual cli
Deliver taxation, compliance, and advisory serve
Review tax returns and financial statement
Provide guidance and feedback to junior staff
Support business structuring, transactions, and growth strategies




Contribute to client relationship development and portfolio growth About Your Degree in Accounting
CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in public practice (essent ial)
Experience managing or reviewing staff work (prefer
red)Strong knowledge of tax compliance and advisory services
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
High attention to detail and solid analytical ability
Experience with Xero and ATO Tax Agent Portal (preferred) What’s on Offer
