About the role
As a Meat Inspector, you will work alongside our production and quality assurance teams to support the protected and compliant processing of livestock.

Key responsibilities
Carrying out meat inspection duties in accordance with applicable requirements and company procedures
Identifying and reporting any abnormalities or issues requiring further assessment
Maintaining accurate inspection records and completing required documentation
Working with the production and quality assurance teams to address issues as they arise
Following food safety, hygiene, animal welfare and workplace health and safety requirements
Helping maintain a clean and safe working environment About you
Must hold meat inspection qualifications and have previous meat inspection experience




A sound understanding of meat inspection and food safety requirements
Robust attention to detail and valuable communication skills
The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
A reliable and professional approach to work
A commitment to animal welfare, food safety and workplace safety
