The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, plan menus with the Owner, and monitor costs while ensuring top-quality dishes.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) with 2+ years of full time relevant experience, or 3+ years in lieu of a formal qualification.
