An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Manager to join a modern award winning CA practice, centrally located in the Gold Coast. The firm provides a broad range of services across Accounting, Taxation, Management Accounting, Virtual CFO services and more, and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality client outcomes.

Working closely with a highly accomplished Partner, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in managing and mentoring a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop strong client relationships across a varied portfolio
Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns
Provide tax structuring and strategic business advice
Review Div 7A implications, company accounts and loan repayment calculations




Prepare tax projections and year-end tax planning strategies
Manage workflow, productivity and delegation across the team
Review and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and technical support
Assist with budgeting, billing and overall client management

Requirements:
Currently working at Assistant Manager or Manager level within a local public practice firm
CA or CPA qualified
Robust technical tax and business services knowledge
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Proven experience managing or mentoring junior staff
Motivated, proactive and career-driven with a professional and personable approach
