About the Role

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) for community‑based prospects across Brisbane.

This is not high‑volume agency work, you will:
Work with complex and meaningful cases




Be supported by experienced clinicians
Deliver care in participants’ homes and community settings
Build long‑term skilled relationships with participants

Key Responsibilities
Deliver secure, person‑centred care to participants with complex needs
Support high‑intensity clinical care (with training and supervision), including: spinal injury care, wound care, continence support and catheter care, medication assistance
Contribute to care planning and clinical oversight (RN)
Support and guide support staff where required (RN)
Follow care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
