You will work with senior clinical leadership to deliver individualized, evidence-based interventions for short to medium-term support, and conduct clinical and risk assessments as part of comprehensive care planning.

You will engage with the community, coordinate with stakeholders, and help implement recovery-focused treatment plans within a supportive team.
