Bright & Duggan is seeking a Building Manager to oversee repairs and maintenance of common property across two sites in Golden Beach and Maroochydore. You will liaise between clients and contractors, ensuring safety, functionality and aesthetics while reporting to the Branch Manager.

The role requires coordinating regular maintenance, managing budgets, and negotiating service contracts, with after-hours availability for emergencies as part of a rostered duty.
