Optus is seeking a Transformation Program Assistant to provide high-quality executive support to the GM, IT Transformation. The role manages the governance calendar, meeting administration, RAID log, and meeting-pack coordination for key program forums in a energetic IT transformation setting.

You will bring 3–5 years of experience in EA/PMO roles within telecom or financial services, robust MS 365 skills, and familiarity with Atlassian tools.
