We are looking for a Change Consultant to support a global ERP implementation in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment. You will drive tactical change management initiatives and help coordinate the global rollout, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes while working within an Agile delivery framework.

Key Responsibilities of the Role
Develop and execute tactical change management plans to support ERP implementation.
Coordinate change activities across the APAC rollout, working with country and regional stakeholders to keep plans aligned and on schedule.
Identify and manage stakeholder impacts, ensuring engagement and readiness.
Create and deliver clear, effective communications for different audience groups
Support training initiatives to enhance user adoption and minimize resistance.




Collaborate with Agile project teams to integrate change management into sprints.
Monitor change adoption, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.

Desired Experience and Requirements
Experience in change management for ERP implementations.
Exposure to ERP projects in the APAC region, ideally across multiple countries.
Solid understanding of Agile delivery and how change fits into an iterative approach.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
Hands-on experience in developing and delivering change communications.
Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure workplace.
Sydney-based and available for a hybrid work setup.
