About the role
Southern Gold Coast Lawyers' is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our thriving legal practice in Palm Beach, Queensland. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of solicitors, assisting with a wide range of legal matters and helping to ensure the smooth running of our firm. What you'll be doing
Conducting legal research and analysis to support our solicitors
Drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts, letters, and court filings
Organising and maintaining client files and case records
Communicating with clients and other parties involved in legal matters
Providing administrative support to the legal team as needed
Participating in client meetings and court proceedings
Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role (Personal Injury)
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Proficient in using legal software and databases. (Smokeball or Leap)
A keen interest in the legal field and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
Relevant qualifications, such as a Paralegal Certificate or Law Degree, would be highly regarded
