Salary: $70,000–$75,000 + super + fringe benefits

The Freedom Hub is opening an exciting recent café and events space in Waterloo, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Barista / 2IC to help bring it to life!

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves great coffee, thrives in a busy hospitality workplace and enjoys creating memorable customer experiences.

What you'll be doing:
Making consistently excellent coffee and delivering outstanding customer service.
Supporting daily café operations and leading the team on shift.
Assisting with events, functions and corporate hospitality.
Managing stock,



maintaining standards and keeping things running smoothly.
Stepping up to lead operations when the Hospitality Operations Manager is away.

A positive, proactive attitude and excellent people skills.
Someone who can lead by example and enjoys being hands‑on.
Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend events.
