Lead a multi-skilled civil team delivering maintenance and construction works across public infrastructure. This permanent full time role combines hands-on technical support, team leadership and daily operational coordination. This position is internally referred to as a Multi-Skilled, Team Member – Civil.

Duties
Lead, coach and support a multi-skilled civil team.
Plan and allocate crews, plant, equipment and materials.
Deliver and oversee roads, footpaths, kerbs, drainage and paving works.
Monitor work quality,



productivity, WHS and environmental requirements.
Coordinate delivery with Council teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, guide and performance-manage staff.
Practical multi-skilled civil maintenance or construction experience.
HR driver licence, or willingness to obtain within six months.
White Card, or willingness to obtain on commencement.
Fit for manual handling; explicit communication and confident Office/Outlook use.
