Sekisui House Australia is seeking a proactive Building Manager for a premium residential high-rise in Brisbane. You will own day-to-day operations, safety, compliance, and maintenance, coordinating with Body Corporate, LivKey, residents and contractors.

In this hands-on role you’ll oversee plant and equipment, manage in office teams, prepare reports, and ensure the building is always secure, secure, and presented to the highest standard. A valid licence and robust communication are essential.
