3Bridges Community Limited is seeking a Multi-Site Lead to provide leadership across OSHC services in Sydney, with Penshurst as the base and regular travel. You’ll mentor coordinators, drive quality, manage operations and help establish recent services across the portfolio.

You are a proactive, people-centered leader with experience in OSHC or related children’s services, robust regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously yet collaboratively with Education teams.
