Sydney Water is seeking a Senior Change Lead to drive organisational change management for a large transformation program. You’ll shape the approach, engage with senior leaders and apply Sydney Water’s change framework to deliver readiness and adoption across projects.

You’ll coordinate with sponsors, delivery teams and People & Culture to tailor interventions, manage dependencies and ensure effective governance and reporting. Prospects exist to lead multiple initiatives concurrently.
