Georges Mediterranean is seeking experienced, guest-focused Section Waiters to join our front-of-house team. One of Sydney’s established King Street Wharf dining destinations, known for vibrant Mediterranean food and energetic service. Georges is a favourite with locals and visitors alike, with a reputation for memorable guest experiences. Previous experience is required, and this role suits individuals who thrive in busy service settings and genuinely enjoy guest interaction. Evening, weekend and Public Holiday availability is essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate:
