Altius Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor to identify and address barriers to return to work for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme. The role includes conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering vocational counselling and well-being programs.

You will collaborate with clients, employers, medical specialists and other allied health colleagues to restore functional performance and support successful re-entry to work.
