MinRes is seeking a Senior IT Support qualified in Western Australia to act as a primary escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 incidents, ensuring a secure and continuously improving IT workplace. You will provide hands-on support, coordinate service desk activities, and mentor junior staff.

Travel to remote sites is expected, with on-call rosters as required. A tertiary IT qualification and ITIL certification are highly regarded, along with experience across desktops, software and AV
