AC by Marriott Gold Coast is seeking a Kitchen Support Expert Supervisor to lead stewarding across our kitchens and F&B; outlets. You will supervise daily stewarding activities, coordinate operations, and ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are upheld.

You’ll work with culinary and F&B; leaders to support smooth hotel operations, training and developing Kitchen Support Experts, and managing inventory and equipment turnover. This role is part time and in office at the Gold Coast property.
