Mercure Melbourne Doncaster is seeking a agile Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the hotel's strategy across corporate, leisure, conferencing and events. You will drive revenue growth, manage budgets and collaborate with leadership to optimise pricing, distribution and brand positioning.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coach the Sales & Marketing team, develop strategic campaigns and partner with industry organisations to strengthen market presence and achieve business objectives.
