The Wests Group Australia is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to lead and support our Catering team in Newcastle and surrounding areas. You’ll coordinate floor operations, patisserie, servery and till areas, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth service flow.

You’ll supervise shifts, uphold high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety, and work hands-on with the team to deliver top hospitality experiences during busy periods.
