Challenger Services Group is seeking an experienced Overnight Public Area Supervisor to lead the hotel’s overnight cleaning operations. You’ll oversee a hands-on team, maintain exceptional presentation standards, and ensure a welcoming workplace for guests in a premium hotel setting.

Based in Sydney CBD, this role requires 11:00pm–7:00am shifts across a 7-day roster. You will conduct quality checks, train staff, and collaborate with hotel management to deliver consistent, high-quality public
