The YMCA Victoria (the Y) Yarrawonga Foreshore Kiosk is looking for a Café Team Leader to recruit, train and support a small core team delivering friendly over‑the‑counter food and beverage service. You will create a welcoming workplace while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will assist with daily operations, stock management and administration, and collaborate with the centre leadership on programming and community activities.
