Hours: 5am-1pm
Roster: Monday-Friday - NO WEEKENDS!
Pay: $37.39/hr

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Office Assistant to join a busy warehouse team in Richlands!

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organised and working in a fast‑paced environment. You'll help coordinate incoming containers, communicate with drivers and keep warehouse paperwork running smoothly.

If you're adaptable, positive at juggling priorities and enjoy a varied workday, this could be the role for you!

Your Duties
Booking in containers and coordinating arrivals
Communicating with truck drivers regarding arrivals and departures
Managing transport changes and adjusting to shifting priorities




Checking off receivals stock and ensuring paperwork is passed on to the office
Assisting with general warehouse administration and ad hoc duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Solid communication and organisational skills
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A adaptable, adaptable approach to changing priorities
Good attention to detail and accurate paperwork skills
Confidence communicating with drivers and warehouse staff
